We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine plumbing maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential plumbing systems, including inspections, leak detection, and preventative repairs.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to customers.
- Maintain and repair water heaters, faucets, drains, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and completed tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to support service operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights, such as on ladders or scaffolding.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor plumbing tasks.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform hands-on plumbing tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Plumbing certification or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
